Agave spirits are made from Agave Azul (the agave plant) and are produced in five states in Mexico.Only products that meet the standards set by the Mexican government can be called "tequila."Each type has its own unique appeal, from fresh and spicy flavors to mellow, deep flavors that come with aging.[Tequila, Jalisco]

What is Mezcal?

Agave spirits made in 10 Mexican states.Unlike tequila, it is made from more than 30 species of agave.During production, the agave is roasted, giving it a distinctive smoky aroma.For this reason, it is sometimes described as having a taste that captures the aroma of Mexican earth and campfires.
